Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for Individuals: Must cancel apt. within 24hrs before schedule appointment. Late policy: if you are more than 5min, we will need to reschedule. Missed appointments: If you miss any appointments, you will need to go online to reschedule. If you miss 3 consecutive appointments in a row, you will be taken off all future book appointments. And you will have to go online to reschedule. **ALL DEPOSIT ARE NONREFUNDABLE**.
