What are individual lashes or cluster lashes. These are lashes that are applied sitting upright and attach to your lashes side by side and on top depending on how full you want the set to look. These are not lash extensions . ** ALL DEPOSIT ARE NONREFUNDABLE **

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for Individuals: Must cancel apt. within 24hrs before schedule appointment. Late policy: if you are more than 5min, we will need to reschedule. Missed appointments: If you miss any appointments, you will need to go online to reschedule. If you miss 3 consecutive appointments in a row, you will be taken off all future book appointments. And you will have to go online to reschedule. **ALL DEPOSIT ARE NONREFUNDABLE**.
